Refund Policy:

:: We accept returns on all items within 60 days of date of delivery.
:: We will refund the entire purchase price of the order (less shipping).
:: There are no hidden fees or re-stocking fees.

Should you wish to return an item, please contact our office to obtain a Return Authorization Number, along with return instructions. This will ensure there are no delays in issuing your refund.

Refunds are usually finalized within 5-10 days of having received your return in our warehouse.

Please note:

:: We will only issue refunds that are accompanied by a Return Authorization Number.
:: We can only issue refunds for product that is returned to our warehouse: be sure to send back all empty, opened, and/or sealed items.
:: A single product can only be returned once. Re-ordering a product, after stating that it was unsatisfactory, and then attempting to return the product a second time, will not be honored. This policy enables us to continue to offer our generous guarantee and prevent fraudulent returns.
:: Once a Return Authorization Number has been issued, your return package must be postmarked within 5 days, to ensure that the items are returned promptly.
:: We do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels.
